Ft. Drum, NY

Fort Drum is over 180,000 acres with 70,000 acres open for outdoor recreation. Ten miles from the closest U.S. city- Watertown, this scenic base is bordered by Adirondack Park on one site and the St. Lawrence River on the other. Drum offers big game hunting, small game hunting, fishing (including ice fishing), camping, trapping, and so much more.

Linville has been instrumental in coordinating this annual event, which provides outdoor activities and community engagement for individuals with special needs and the elderly.

West Point Military Academy, NY

About 40 miles north of New York city you can find West Point- New York’s second largest military installation. With 13 fishable lakes, many ponds, and miles of stream and river access anglers can enjoy casting for trout amongst other species. Hunters will have the opportunity to pursue deer, bear, small game, upland birds, and waterfowl as well.
